Our Group
The 10th Kuala Lumpur Air Scout Group is a registered unit of the Malaysian Scouts Association (Persekutuan Pengakap Malaysia). We are located in the Bukit Bintang District of Kuala Lumpur, and based in Methodist Boys' Secondary School Kuala Lumpur (MBSSKL). The group consists of the Boy Scout Troop, Senior Scout Troop, and the Rover Scout Crew.

Our History
Started as MBS Scout Troop in 1915, the Scouting movement then gained popularity in the school, leading to a rise in numbers enough to form two separate entities, the 10th and 15th KL Scout Troop. Although running in parallel, both Troops were well aligned in terms of colour of uniforms and training programmes, based firmly on Baden Powell's Scouting tenets.
In 1947, a momentous decision was taken to merge both the 10th and 15th KL Scout Troops back together. All scouting units within MBS, i.e. the Wolf Clubs, Boy Scouts, Senior Scouts, and Rover Scouts, were merged as one unified entity - the 10th KL Scout Group.
Following a formal application in 1951, the Boy Scouts Association of Malaya apporved the change of name to reflect "10th Kuala Lumpur Air Scout Group". With this official registration, 10th KL joined the ranks of a small yet unique branch of Scout Groups in Malaysia.
